I'm no longer in the Service. Can I still get a military transcript?

YES!

You do not have to be active duty in order to access the Joint Services Transcript (JST) website and your official military transcript.  All enlisted, officers and warrant officers, "actively serving" and veterans, from the Army, Marine Corps, Navy and Coast Guard, National Guard and Reserve components are eligible for the Joint Service Transcript (JST) Air Force personnel should contact CCAF to receive their military transcripts.

Air Force personnel who attended joint training offered by another Service should email JST Operations at [e-mail] to have a JST created.
